I am exclusively virtual via telehealth for all of my sessions.
As far as style or discipline, I have studied many major and minor modes of work extensively, including cognitive, self, trauma, existential, narrative, mindfulness, positive, gestalt, imago, meditation, spiritual, addiction, 12-step, bioenergetic, and others, in order to find what is useful in each and be able to mix and choose, to match the client that I am joining in their selfwork.
Everyone is different in the ways universal issues arise and are responded to, whether depression, loss, anxiety, relationship. One approach does not fit all. “Fit” is critical in the match of therapist and client, in order to have the most productive outcome of the work. I welcome inquiry and preliminary talks before we start, or if we do not go forward, I may be able to help to aim in a different direction to find a match.
